Client Responsibilities

PropXperts Responsibilities

Act in the Client's best interest and with the utmost good faith.

Provide professional and competent service.
Maintain confidentiality of Client information.
Keep the Client informed of all material developments.

Fees and Compensation

The fees for PropXperts' services will be outlined in a separate agreement between PropXperts and the Client. Fees may be based on a commission, hourly rate, or retainer agreement.

Termination

This agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice.

Disclaimer

PropXperts does not guarantee the outcome of any real estate transaction. The Company will use its best efforts to achieve the Client's goals, but the final outcome depends on various factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

PropXperts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided.

Confidentiality

PropXperts will maintain the confidentiality of all Client information. We will not disclose such information to any third party without the Client's prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
